Energy healing sessions are a blend of the powerful healing modalities that are deeply nurturing and emotionally revealing performed in a sacred space.

 

Reiki and Shamanic healing are some of the modalities that will compose a session.

 

Reiki is a safe,natural therapeutic technique that reduces stress, pain,anxiety, and provides relaxation, thus promoting the body's ability to heal. Universal life force energy(Reiki) flows through the practitioner to the recipient. As energy is often blocked or depleted when one is sick or stressed, the Reiki energy flows through to revitalize, relax and clear blocked energy. Energy is then balanced on every level: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This clears the energy pathways, allowing healthy energy to flow, and for the body to more easily and effectively continue the healing process naturally.

Shamanic healing helps us to remove unhealthy patterns and limiting beliefs. When we experience pain or trauma it affects our energy field. If we clear this effect, it can be removed from our emotional, mental and possibly the physical fields as well. Many limiting beliefs stem from our unconscious mind. Only about 20% of our beliefs are from our conscious minds, therefore it is vital to get to the root of our unconscious beliefs and clear them to manifest our most beautiful goals and intentions.
